Terms and conditions

1. Agreement
By subscribing, starting a trial, or clicking I want this!, you agree to these OSTAD369 Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not subscribe. These terms apply to Logo Design Masterclass, Telegram Bot Creation with Node.js, Matrix Course, and any other OSTAD369 program sold through shop.magicalcfg.online or Gumroad.
2. Who we are
OSTAD369 sells the same three courses on this colorful shop through Gumroad. Contact: hello@ostad369.com. Checkout, billing, and membership access are processed by Gumroad. You also agree to Gumroad’s own terms when you pay.
3. Trial and subscription
Each course starts with a 1-week free trial. You are charged $0 today. After the trial, the plan auto-renews at $20 every month until you cancel. You authorize Gumroad to charge the payment method on file for each renewal. Prices are in USD. Taxes may be added at checkout. Gumroad does not support a 1-day trial or a 7-day billing cycle.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time in your Gumroad account before the next renewal. Cancel during the 1-week trial if you do not want the first $20 charge. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, unless Gumroad or these terms say otherwise. Canceling does not refund time already used.
5. Access and license
When your membership is active (including the trial), OSTAD369 grants you a personal, non-transferable license to watch the lessons and use the course files for your own learning and client work. You may not share login access, resell the course, upload lessons or files to other platforms, or treat the materials as if you own the copyright.
6. No results guarantee
Courses teach a process. Results depend on your skill, time, and tools. OSTAD369 does not promise income, clients, or a specific outcome.
7. Refunds
The 1-week trial is free. After a paid renewal, charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Gumroad’s dispute process applies. If you believe a charge is in error, email hello@ostad369.com promptly.
8. Reviews
Ratings and reviews, if available, follow Gumroad’s product review rules. Reviews must be honest and must not include spam, private data, or external links.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version of this shop’s terms is always at shop.magicalcfg.online/terms. Continued subscription after an update means you accept the revised terms.
